How to pay for parking

Parking tickets are virtual. It means that system will virtually check whether a parking ticket was issued for a particular vehicle registration plate

SMS payment

Starting from June 10, 2024, it will be possible to pay for a parking ticket via SMS. All you need to do is send an SMS in the format of the parking section code, license plate number, and the number of hours to the number 2200. The price of the SMS or the parking ticket purchased through SMS depends on the location for which you are buying the parking ticket. Therefore, please pay attention to the green zone signs directly in the area where you are parking.

WARNING! It is not possible to buy a minute ticket for this zone, we only offer the option of an hourly parking ticket.

By introducing the option to pay for parking via SMS, we have expanded the existing ways to purchase a parking ticket, making access to parking in the PAAS regulated parking system more convenient. The introduction of SMS payments not only responds to the requests of Bratislava residents but also considers visitors to the city who may be interested in one-time parking payments or do not have the option to download a parking application.

The SMS price includes a service fee of 20 percent of the parking ticket price.

In addition to paying via mobile applications and SMS, you can also pay for hourly parking through parking meters or at partner establishments or with parking assistants.
